Why do people in Kuwait don't like me taking street photography?
The other day I was at Hawalli and saw a small shop called "Asmak Sheraton" Sheraton fish. I thought the name was interesting and grabbed my mobile and took a picture. While doing so, a pedestrian yelled at me saying: " Don't take pictures! Where do you think you are!".
Ugghhh

Yep, Whenever I take out my camera, I am very careful to make sure it is not pointing to any strangers. One day I was photographing the Liberation tower and a Arab couple who was in the frame (but very far away), started shouting at me.
I never face this problem when I am in other countries.
You just have to take this into consideration while shooting.
